日前，印度Tetso學(xué)院政治學(xué)系教授薩利克尤·桑塔姆在接受中新網(wǎng)專(zhuān)訪(fǎng)時(shí)表示，中國提出發(fā)展新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力，與中華文明“天下觀(guān)”一脈相承。他認為，發(fā)展新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力不僅能夠造福中國人民，也會(huì )使鄰國受益。“中國之所以能發(fā)展成為今天的樣子，是因為它不僅僅著(zhù)眼于自己。”(彭大偉 王高飛 趙麗 甘甜)

　　Salikyu Sangtam, professor of the Department of Political Science at Tetso College in Dimapur, India, said in an interview with China News Network that China proposes to develop new quality productive forces, inheriting the “Tianxia” concept of Chinese civilization.

　　He believes that developing new quality productive forces will benefit not only the Chinese people but also neighboring countries. "You will not find China where it is today now if it had only focused on itself internally.”
